The gears are CNC machined from superior 6061 T6 aluminum with greater precision tolerances than original OEM gears. The tooth edges are beveled, increasing belt life, and hard anodized, enhancing the gear’s strength and longevity. Laser-etched precise degree markings are added to the cam gear to aid in engine tuning, and high-quality fasteners and a heli-coil thread insert in the ring gear support the torque application.
