Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Autech Store. We value your business and want to ensure our refunds and returns process is clear and fair.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase, provided:

  • Proof of purchase is supplied

  • Items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply in some cases. Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.


Faulty or Defective Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or do not meet acceptable quality standards, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Where applicable, we will:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item, or

  • Provide a refund or appropriate remedy

If a product cannot be repaired or replaced, you will be entitled to a refund or store credit.


Returns Process

To help ensure a smooth return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging

  • Products should be securely packed using bubble wrap or suitable protective material to avoid damage in transit

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty


Store Credit

For approved change-of-mind returns, we offer store credit equal to the purchase price. Store credit can be used on future purchases and is issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
