Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@autechshop.co.nz. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Custom-made or special-order items cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Please ensure all specifications and details are correct before confirming your purchase.
